1. Eligibility for Returns

PC Pro accepts returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and serial-number labels must be intact.
  • An invoice or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non‑Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Software licenses and activated digital products
  • Laptops where user accounts have been created
  • Open-box items unless defective
  • Headsets, printers, and consumables once opened
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items

If a product is defective upon delivery or stops functioning within 24–48 hours, PC Pro will arrange:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit/refund after inspection

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect setup, or third‑party repairs is not covered.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued through the original payment method or via store credit.
Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed defective.
