Product specifications, availability, and pricing may change without notice.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after:
- Payment is completed, and
- The customer receives an order confirmation email
PC Pro may cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payments
Accepted payment methods include secure online payment channels (if available) and Cash on Delivery (if available).
All payments are processed through third‑party payment gateways in compliance with UAE security standards.
5. Warranty
Unless stated otherwise, products include a manufacturer warranty valid within the UAE.
Warranty coverage does not apply to software issues, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
PC Pro is not liable for:
- Data loss due to hardware failure
- Customer misuse of the product
- Third‑party software installation or modification
PC Pro’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
