1. Introduction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which PC Pro (PCPro.ae) processes, ships, and delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms contained herein.
2. Service Coverage
PC Pro provides delivery services to all Emirates, including:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Fujairah
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Umm Al Quwain
3. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UAE Time) are processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on Sunday, or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–4 business days
- Pre‑order or special items: As specified on the product page
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules or unforeseen delays.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
Free or discounted shipping promotions may apply when applicable.
6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing tracking details (when available).
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to PC Pro. The customer may be responsible for redelivery fees.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Customers must report damaged, missing, or tampered packages within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence such as photos or video may be required for verification.
