6-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 6 days from the date of purchase to request a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them.
- In their original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
After 6 days: We cannot offer a refund or exchange. If a product becomes faulty after 6 days, it will be handled under our after-sales service warranty terms.
Return Process
- To start a return, please contact us at sales@pcpro.ae to request a return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Charges
- Shipping Fee: A charge of 50.00 AED is applicable per shipment on all returned units.
- Online Payment Fee: If you paid via our online payment gateway, a 2.5% fee on the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Safety: We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We highly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. A refund cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Replacement and Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and then make a new, separate purchase.
Replacements or exchanges are subject to the original vendor’s policy.
Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)
For hygiene, licensing, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom Products: Special orders, personalized items, and custom-built PCs.
- Software/Digital: Gift cards and downloadable software products.
- Consumables: Toner and cartridges.
- Registered Products: Apple Products and Microsoft Surface Products that have been registered by the user.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item’s eligibility.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please note the following:
- Before Delivery: If you cancel before your order is shipped, there are no additional cancellation charges.
- Time Limit: Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing the order online by sending a proper email to sales@pcpro.ae stating the reason(s) for the cancellation.
- Online Payment Fee: If you paid online via the payment gateway, a 2.5% fee on the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund Processing Time: Please note that it can take an additional 7–12 days for the payment to be completed and for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Delayed Refunds
If your refund is delayed beyond 14 business days from our approval notification:
- First, contact your bank or credit card company, as they may be holding the funds.
- If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@pcpro.ae.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
